As a seasoned negotiator, I have led high-stakes collective bargaining, policy development, and dispute resolution in both public and private sectors. My conflict resolution skills and ability to understand diverse perspectives ensure all voices are valued. I approach each negotiation with patience and persistence, focusing on mutually beneficial solutions.
Before co-founding LabourLink Consulting Group Inc., I held senior roles in government, unions, and private enterprises, gaining a reputation as a results-driven leader in complex negotiations and labour legislation.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Certification in Aboriginal Justice and Criminology from the University of Saskatchewan, along with a Labour Relations Certificate from Queen’s University. I am also Co-Chair of an interjurisdictional committee on Classification, Compensation, and Labour Relations.
